You feeling safe and sound is more important than making sales to us, so we've outlined our expectations for you in detail. 1. Not Medical Treatment. (We're here to motivate you, not treat you.) I understand that Skilled Not Ill Programs are not facilitated by any licensed medical or mental care providers, or accredited by a licensed medical care provider facility. Skilled Not Ill programs and counselors do not provide clinical counseling or psychotherapy. Skilled Not Ill's services are not a substitute for clinical counseling, psychological treatment, therapy for suicidal ideation, depression or severe psychiatric problems. The information provided by Skilled Not Ill do not constitute legal or professional advice, or intended to be interpreted as such. These services are to be used for educational and entertainment purposes only. I acknowledge that Skilled Not Ill Programs may be a helpful addition to contemporaneous psychological treatment, but are not intended to replace or modify any mental health services, including but not limited to, counseling, talk therapy, emotional support groups, and psychiatry. Important: If at any time, I am in crisis, have thoughts of self-harm, or become aware of a sudden onset of new symptoms, I am required to contact a licensed medical health professional before attending any Skilled Not Ill events. I understand that I must prioritize my own personal health and welfare before attending Programs.

2. Voluntary Participation. (Using skills and techniques we suggest is up to you.) I acknowledge that my participation in Skilled Not Ill Programs is completely voluntary. Any actions or lack of actions, taken by me at the advice of any Skilled Not Ill employee is done so by choice and volition. Skilled Not Ill is not responsible or liable to me or third persons as a result of information provided through our services. I understand that Skilled Not Ill Programs are not substitutes for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment, and I agree not use it in place of any form of therapy. In the event that I am seeking medical treatment for any mental health condition, I understand that it is my responsibility to discuss Skilled Not Ill's services before attending any Programs. I expressly assume the risks of the Program and I take full responsibility for my life and well-being and all decisions made before, during and after Skilled Not Ill Programs.

3. Confidentiality. (What you share in our space stays in our space. We got you.) I understand that information will be held as confidential unless I state otherwise, in writing, except as required by law. Skilled Not Ill takes your private information very seriously, and will not violate your trust, unless disclosure is necessary to protect imminent harm to yourself or others.

4. Release of Claims. (Don't sue us, we're trying to make the world a better place.) On behalf of myself and my respective heirs, administrators, executors, successors and assigns, employees, officers, directors, shareholders, representatives, subsidiaries, related incorporated and non-corporate entities consisting of shared members, partners or shareholders, attorneys and agents, members, and managers, do hereby release all Skilled Not Ill, whether individually or incorporated, and each of Skilled Not Ill's respective heirs, administrators, successors and assigns, employees, officers, directors, shareholders, representatives, subsidiaries, related incorporated entities, attorneys and agents, members and managers, from any and all debts, claims or alleged claims, obligations, demands, judgments, accounts, bonds, promises, negotiations and/or contracts, agreements, understandings, representations, warranties, damages, liens, encumbrances, suits, current or future liens or lien claims, or causes of action of any kind whatsoever, in law or equity, whether known or unknown, actual, contingent or alleged, including but not limited to, any current or future claims, including those arising from and/or relating to services obtained from Skilled Not Ill, and/or those which were, or could have been asserted as the basis for litigation, in the that I have ever had, now have, or may have in the future. I further agree, understand and acknowledge, that it shall apply to all known, unknown, anticipated or unanticipated claims or demands directly or indirectly resulting from, based upon or in any way arising out of or from or connected with Skilled Not Ill or transactions between Parties. I also agree to release any other person or entity, including any subsidiary entity to Skilled Not Ill, its members, shareholders, and partners of from any subsidiary entity, and incorporated and non-corporate entities owned, operated, and otherwise maintained by any individual Skilled Not Ill member, from any and all obligations, promises, covenants, duties and remedies at law afforded, delegated or otherwise arising from services rendered by Skilled Not Ill, by any binding instrument between myself and Skilled Not Ill, and all documents, whether executed in part or whole, pertaining to the attendance of any Programs or receipt of guidance therefrom.

5. Right to Refuse. (Be nice to others. We don't want to ask you to leave.) I understand that Skilled Not Ill reserves the exclusive right to deny my participation in Programs for any reason, regardless of whether Skilled Not Ill determines that your participation may pose a safety risk to myself or others. Skilled Not Ill also reserves the exclusive right to deny you access to its programs in the event that payment is not timely made. Except for a refund of prepaid services, I understand that I cannot assert a claim against Skilled Not Ill or the Property's Owner of the Skilled Not Ill's business address for any refusal to allow me to participate in the Programs.

6. Cancellation Policy. (Give others a fair chance to take your spot.) I acknowledge that I must inform Skill Not Ill of any and all reservation cancellations no less than Eight (8) hours prior to my Program start time. In the event I cancel a reservation within Eight (8) hours, the cancellation will constitute a "late cancel". In the event that I fail to attend any reserved Program without providing any notice, that will constitute a "no show". I understand that Skilled Not Ill will automatically charge my credit card for any and all fees via Square payment platform, as follows:

A. Membership Holders.

i. Late Cancel fee is Five Dollars ($5.00);

ii. No Show fee is Ten Dollars ($10.00).

B. Guests

i. Late Cancel forfeits the use of the guest pass;

ii. No Show waives the right to any funds prepaid to Skilled Not Ill.

7. Late Arrival Policy. (Be cool, yo.) I acknowledge that I must arrive to Programs no later than Ten (10) minutes after start time. In the event that I arrive later than Ten (10) minutes, I understand that Skilled Not Ill reserves the right to deny my entry to and participation in Programs without refund.
